The Challenge
The founders had a validated concept and a React frontend in development but no backend. They'd been quoted 4–6 months by a dev agency and needed a production-ready API in 6 weeks for their investor demo.
Our Solution
Built a Laravel REST API with JWT auth, multi-tenancy, role-based permissions, Stripe billing integration, and full documentation. Deployed to AWS (EC2 + RDS) with staging environment and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
