• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the intellectual property rights to the developed website, excluding any third-party tools or materials used in the development process.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received during the term of the project.

7. Project Timeline

• We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case both parties will communicate promptly to adjust the schedule.

8. Testing and Acceptance

• The Client is responsible for thoroughly testing the developed website and providing feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe. Once accepted, any further modifications may be subject to additional charges.

9. Warranty
